Merchandise
Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Custom Portrait Commissions
Custom portrait commissions are made to order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If your artwork arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, contact me promptly so I can review the problem and determine the appropriate resolution.
