I’m Eli Vallejo, a Milwaukee-based portrait artist specializing in realistic, hand-painted portraits created from photographs.

My goal is to capture more than a likeness. I focus on the details, expression and character that make each person unique, turning meaningful photographs into original artwork that can be kept for generations.

I paint individuals, couples, families and pets, and I can also work from multiple photographs to create a single composition. Every portrait is created by hand, one at a time, with close attention to the details that matter.

My portraits have been commissioned by clients throughout the United States. Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, I work with clients locally and nationwide to create custom portraits from their photographs. Whether it’s a family portrait, pet portrait, memorial portrait or meaningful gift, each painting is created as an original piece of art designed to last for generations.
